Football Story offers a lighthearted storyline that players of various ages can enjoy. This, paired with visually appealing 3D graphics, create an entertaining in-game experience filled with wacky situations that provide comedic relief to the game’s plot. It also features a large number of levels with varying mini games for you to enjoy. The available mini-games range from menial tasks, like packing your bag, to intense training sessions.

The mechanics are pretty easy to get the hang of, as well. When a new level presents a new mini game you haven’t come across in the game before, you can easily refer to the visual guide or tutorial to help you out. In addition to these, this game also grants users the ability to customize their character, as well as their own living space.

Something to take note of, though, is that the app has way too many ads that can get in the way of gameplay. Entering a level and moving onto a new one immediately prompts a new pop-up to appear. Even navigating to the different pages on the home screen immediately shows a new advertisement. This becomes increasingly frustrating, especially with many of these ads being hard to close, as well.

Although the frequency of ads in Football Story can be a bit of a nuisance, the game itself provides a fun premise that reels players in quickly.
